Reservations, Deposits & Cancellation Policy

Reservations are made on a first come first served basis. All require a credit card number, or a check for the total amount of accommodations. If in the case of a cancellation we require 1 week's notice prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations occurring in less than 7 days, credit card holders will be charged +3%. Reservations made by check no refund. We accept checks, traveler checks, Visa, Discover & Mastercard + 3% |

A deposit of $250.00 is required when reserving both the main house & cottage for weddings, reunions retreats etc. Cancellations, less 10%. One month cancellation required.
