Civil War History
There is so much good information available on the Internet and many bountiful libraries about the civil war, that to attempt to make our site a Civil War history site would be foolish.
But to provide our visitors with links to some of the better sites and list some reference manuals does make good sense. The more you know about the Civil War and how it impacted our area, the more enjoyment you will get from your visit with us. If you are not into the Civil War, just click on past these links; there are plenty of other attractions and things to do during your stay with us.
