Pond for bank fishing/enjoying the afternoon dragon flies/ or evening bull frogs.

Saturday wedding, enjoy “The Hollow” from Friday 3 PM to Sunday 11 AM.

Full breakfast each morning for B & B guests. Non-lodging guests, $15 per person.

Homemade goodies on the side board always available.

We require rental of all rooms and cottage for two nights and rental of grounds for weekend/Saturday weddings.

A deposit of 50% of all costs are due upon receipt of signed contract, by Sleepy Hollow and participant. All remaining costs are due 60 days before scheduled event.

LODGING COSTS (can be passed on to your guests.) Caterer- approved by us, will have access to main house kitchen @$ 75 usage fee. Alcohol- Banquet license/Alcohol permit. Required and to be acquired by contract signer. Application provided by Sleepy Hollow. Rental of tables and chairs, dinnerware, glasses, linens, flowers, bartenders, servers, oil lanterns for tables. Innkeeper/consulting manager fee during wedding, $150 ( if applicable ) Wait Staff $18 per hour Babysitting available |

CANCELLATION POLICY
The 50% deposit is non-refundable should the event be cancelled at any time for any reason. Cancellation 30 days or less from the scheduled event date will result in forfeiture of the remaining 50% fees.
